I hope everyone had the most amazing Christmas this year. I know times are tough for everyone, but I hope you each got a little something special that made your Christmas remarkable. My Christmas was okay, a little overshadowed by the fact that it was my first Christmas without my mom, but I got through it with a few tears and a few laughs.

It has been a long few weeks, fueled by caffeine and sheer determination. I'm behind schedule more than I had hoped, but I got my Facebook page up and I'm prepared to publish. I still have to write the blurb and add the book page, but as promised, here is the cover to book 1.5 of the Keepers & Secrets series.

Lulu's Journal is almost complete! I put a lot of thought and effort into it as something that can be built upon through the series. I think it will be interesting to see what readers want to know, so I'll give you all an opportunity to tell me what's eating at you or what you think should be included in the journals.
I might be able to get Lulu's Journal out before Christmas too, if I really focus. I'll have a cover and the book page up soon!
I've already started on Lulu's journal. It's an idea I've been tossing around in my head for a while. After hearing back from most of my advanced reader team that they had questions or wanted to know more, I knew it was something that needed to happen.
Lulu's journals will be companion novels, full of background stories and information on some characters, character bios, and maybe a glossary of terms and words used. I'm planning on releasing one between each book, probably more like a .5 than a standalone.
I haven't completely fleshed it out yet, but it's been a fun project so far and I can't wait to share it with everyone!
Keepers & Secrets is finally finished and let me just say, it has been a trip. I've been a little concerned with how slow the first few chapters are, but I've been assured that it's necessary to show Rue grow and mature. I guess I'll just let the readers decide.
I'm hoping to go through the final editing and have it up before Christmas. Hopefully, everyone reading this has a lovely Thanksgiving.
